These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from TD Fine Art. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display artwork as accurately as possible.

Please note: Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor or device due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US currency.

Payment is required at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system.

4. Shipping & Taxes

Shipping costs are included in the price. International shipping will be calculated upon correspondence and the price will be adjusted accordingly for checkout. Taxes are also included in the price.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Refunds & Returns

 We offer a 14 day return window from the date of tracked delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, insurance, and secure packaging comparable to the initial packaging  unless the item arrived damaged in-transit. A refund will be issued upon secure receipt of the artwork. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

In the event of damage, contact us immediately with a description and photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the property of Tish Davis and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of FL, United States.
